Honor is a cute little Benzie County town on the Platte River. The Platte is popular with all kinds of outdoor enthusiasts. It's a top Trout stream and also great for tubing or kayaking. Every August, Honor hosts the National Coho Festival, paying homage to the Coho Salmon that run up the Platte to the Fish Hatchery where most of them were born. Honor also has Michigan's only active Drive-In Theater. Kids from Honor go to Benzie County Schools.
